This is YOUR journey, so you will be in the driver's seat, while we create the map together and find the route to meaningful change. I utilize self-compassion techniques, CBT, EFT, and Mindfulness. My focus My typical client is a middle-aged working professional who is feeling stuck, whether that be professionally, personally, or because of a recent life change. I have helped many clients learn to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. My communication style I believe in creating a warm and inviting environment, so you can explore freely and build a space where you feel zero judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can feel accepted, secure and validated so that we can build a strong foundation to begin to create change that you feel confident and proud about. My journey to mental healthcare I have been passionate about helping others for as long as I can remember. Working in non-profits, hospital settings, and schools I have always wanted to give back and help empower others to create change. I believe that I can be a tool in helping others realize their potential when they are having difficulty seeing it, and by guiding them to help them get on the right track, to work towards a meaningful and rewarding life that they also enjoy!
